If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the unfumo online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We will immediately track the delivery status through our logistics partner. Most orders will arrive within [18 business days] (specific delivery times vary by region), and we will update you with the latest tracking information within 24 hours. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will promptly assist with arranging a replacement or refund.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
No, we do not provide standard delivery service on public holidays in most regions, including:
  • United States: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and other federal holidays
  • European Union: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, and national holidays

What happens to orders placed on/near holidays?

  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders scheduled for delivery on public holidays will be delivered on the following business day
  • During holiday periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed due to higher order volumes

Important exceptions:

  1. Express/Critical Services: For urgent deliveries, some courier services (like UPS Express Critical®) offer limited holiday delivery options for an additional fee

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

No, not all orders qualify for next-day delivery. Due to the necessary preparation process for our products—including inventory verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging—to ensure you receive high-quality goods, we cannot universally offer next-day delivery.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped via standard shipping (delivery times vary by region).
